I don't have a lot of money to spend.. and I'd really like to go with someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, talented and won't screw me over.. but man.. does anyone like that even exist these days? I'm afraid of commissioning someone I don't know.. because what if they buy a really cheap wig and do a horrible job? Not that I want a super expensive wig either.. but there's a differences between wigs.. even if they all cost around $20... some have better hair placement, are easier to manage/dont get tangled quite as easily, etc.

The problem on top of all that.. is that even though I know there's a difference, and even though I'm informed of these things.. that doesn't mean I can tell from a picture, whether I'm getting a good deal or the short end of the stick. I was thinking about going down to the local beauty college and adopting one of the students or something.. they probably wouldn't over charge me.. and it would probably be good experience for them.. and they could probably help me find a good store with good quality wigs.. I dunno though.. mebbe one of you wonderful people has some advice for my lame ass. :P

So yeah.. all that's left is my TYL!Reborn wig.. my Gurell wig... and the jacket, vest and tie for Gurell. I dunno if I wanna carry around the chainsaw for Gurell... though, I'm thinking about making the patchwork doll that is in the color image I have for him. I dunno if I could even make a chainsaw.. though, closer to halloween, and I'll probably be able to find a fake one (texas chainsaw massacre style, baby!) and then maybe use that when I go to YaoiCon.

Blah. While I'm super excited about finally being able to cosplay this year (in the past, I've worked on everyone elses stuff and not left enough time to finish my own) at the same time, it's scary.. I mean.. what If I can't get these few little silly pieces together?.. I dunno.. I'm lucky.. and I feel blessed.. because tokiyoh and sporkninja are helping me out.. so I guess I should have a more positive outlook on things, eh? :P
